p60 and self assement -NCS

Hi,

I am director of limited company

I get paid salary and dividends.

do i need to submit p60 and self assement as part of my application ?

Please advise as i am applying at ncs next week

but dividend are declared on my self assement

do i need to show the self asseement?

I am in same boat, I am planning to give just the NI number, although I do take dividends
