It's going to be our 70th working day tomorrow and still no news, UKBA are liars, they expect us to be so accurate and efficient in our application and supporting documents yet they fail miserably to process applications neither on-time nor efficiently. Only thing they are good at is robbing our hard earned money.

Hi new to this group so plz forgve me if im in the wrong first of all Ramadhan mubarak,

Hi i applied for my sons visa at Mirpur office in Azad Kashmir Pakistan on 04 Aprill 2013 i checked online status and have been doing since ive applied. Since i have been checking it the status hasn't changed saying 'application forwarded to islamabad oc?? What does that actually mean because other ppl on other forums have changed i.e under process or something why hasn't mine changed im getting worried and what is the average process time for april ?? Im told its 60 working days?

I know there is a 60 days is minimum but doesn't the status change from forwarded to Islamabad oc to in progress its almost 60th working days because as far as i am aware the status should change ?

My son was born in pakistan by mistake he would have been born in UK due to family funeral we had to go pakistan when i was 7 months..

Salaam Sister, Ramadan Mubarak. Do not worry... Yes the status does usually change to under process however, I have read about many cases where the status didn't change to under process but was still being processed. Just a glitch the in the system somewhere.

I hope that we recieve in this holy month but as far as I see n the forum the RFCs stucked this week no one heared about their RFC neither march applicants nor April

Moonandstar no checks have been made on me or for me.. no employment nothing... I asked my employer ystrday....todays my 40th working day so 20 working days to go till I hit the 60 day cut off but looks like may b a delay... lets c....

waiting for ukba to update the figures for june answers....

any application which does not meet the requirement will be on hold...

if it does meet , why would they put it on hold ? they will be dealt normally...

plus all of us were aware of the threshold and i am sure everyone meets it .

read ukba page , they say any application which does not meet the threshold will be put on hold , all other applications which meet threshold will be processed as normal.

Who is this "An immigration secretary", are you referring to a call-centre agent you spoke to or is it Teresa May? Would you be kind enough to give some info that might help us understand the statement you launched on behalf of UKBA?

am pretty sure i have read about it, yes you may send anyone with your original NIC,the receipt and one confirmation letter from your side, for further assistance you may call these numbers (Gerry's office) from 8am till midnight.

yes you are right. its all mentioned on UKBA website. If gerry says you can't do it then tell them to bogof and show them UKBA page.

I applied on the 31/05/13 from the 13/06/13 it is at the British high commission it's been about 40 days how quickly are they letting people know by? What will be the next update on tracking system?
