Hi guys,

just adding to the good news. Lol i didnt get indefinite leave but i did get my FLR(O) granted for 2.5 years today. BRP and documents all came in one swoop. i applied under private life and got granted under the fact ive lived here half my life and under 25. heres a quick timeline.

Applied: 13th Nov 12
acknowledged/money taken: Late Nov
Biometrics letter : 2nd March 13(when letter was dated)
Biometrics complete: 14th March 13
MP contacted: mid jun
Documents returned: 10 Jul 13th (granted on 8th jul)

Looks like they're finally really going through the backlog, guess i was also lucky with the caseworker. Good luck to everyone else and their applications. I will pray hard for your success

do you have the initial or the name of the case worker you had your situation seems to be same as mine the timeline seems exactly same too except the fact that i havent got a decision yet but i am also under 25 and also lived more than half life here . did they ask you for more documents or biometrics were the last thing they asked for ?

knowing that you got your decision has given me hope

I just have a feeling they gona grant you indefinate leave to remain reason is u was born here. Just hope u can get some money together in the future and sort out your british citizenship because your entitle to it..

Its a shame you didn't know about the T form because instead of paying the flr o fee u could have take that money to do the british citizenship. They have to grant you though. Your case is what u called strong. :)

well i hope what you saying comes true but knowing UKBA you can never be excited unless you can see the paper in your hand. and yeah as soon as i get my status i will work hard and get my british citizenship aswell. i could have applied in past but because of lawyers been greedy about money they never told us and they just kept delaying it. hopefully my case worker wakes up in a good mood and give me indefinite and with UKBA no case is strong lol like other day someone on here got refused and was told that they have strongs link in india when they werent even indian :?

and i also hope that you get your application sorted asap so you can go on your holidays
