Post by sohailrupani » Mon Jul 08, 2013 1:18 pm

hi,
this is a query on behalf of a friend
''under the 10 year long residence... passport lost in 2010 which had all visas since 2004...
new passport from 2010...
so will he be able to apply for 10yr long residence in 2014?
will the ukba have his information from 2004 of his visa?

thanks

Although the UKBA may have records of the passport, the applicant should gather other available evidence which they may have to support the claim.
