Employer Reference Letter--Can anyone give a sample copy

To all forum members,

My application number 219** submitted from India under 28+ category submitted to Doncaster 6th july 2004.

I have not taken The reference letter from my employer and that needs to be submitted as additional document yet.

Please anyone can give me a sample employer reference letter.
I mean to say the format of the letter so that i do not make any mistake in it.
