Whats the Maxmimum time to take HSMP Decison?

Hi,

I have applied for HSMP on 29-Jan-2007, received my reference on 1-Feb-2007 but till now I havent received my documents or decison letter. When ever i mail/ contact through phone they are saying " IT IS STILL UNDER CONSIDERATION" / " FINAL STAGE OF WORKING".

Whats the maximum time to take HSMP Decision. I am worrried about my certificates.

Dont worry about it, they are very careful with people's document
it is the mail you have to worry about
