ILR cohab docs--plz advice

Post by sonub4ualt » Sun Jul 14, 2013 3:52 pm

Hi All,

As mentioned in my earlier posts, I would b soon applying for ILR but the only problem is the cohab docs. The property I stay is including all bills and my partner does not have much cohab docs. Please go through the list below and let me know if it is ok or do I need to add more.

I will be applying in august 1st week.So I suppose I need to show cohab from Aug 2011 to July 2013.

Jan-13 - Letter of Electoral confirmation for both of us.(Two separate letters)

May-13 - Credit card( Myself)
T-Mobile bill( Wife)
Jun-13 GP letter with both of our names( 1 letter)

-------------------------------------------------------------
Jan-12 Joint voters list in same letter
May-12 Premium credit- Myself
Credit card statement- Wife
Sep-12 Lloyds Bank statement - Myself
GP health letter - Wife
Nov-12 Birth certificate of our child

--------------------------------------------------------------
Aug-11 Icici bank statement- wife
LLoyds statement - Myself
Dec-11 voters list joint

Lastly, Do bank statements from two different bank accounts counts as same source of proof or is considered as two separate docs if submitted in the same year as it says we need to submits the docs from different sources.

Thanks,
Sonu

Seems fine, though the birth certificate isn't strictly proof of cohabitation, but the rest is fine and should suffice, just saw mobile phone bill try and replace that with another letter if possible, if not its ok.

Stick with originals, perhaps pop a council tax invoice in the place of the mobile bill.
