appeal

normally fee deducted in two weeks, but it seems that they have a large number of appeal cases to dealt with. Never seen that many people on appeal before as are in entrepreneur visa. I believe few thousand more appeal cases on the way.

Britain economy is in deep recession, let them make some money :)

until now it has been 4 months minimum from the date of receipt of written determination....and considering the current situation of high number of appeals...it could be atleast 6-7 months....and yes thats the minimum figure....I am sure you are already good at guessing the maximum figure!!!

@Sabuj263.....Halifax is primary location. Hearing in Manchester, don't know why?

@Nagisons.....it takes approximate 2 months to get hearing date once the appeal lodged.

@babylondon....no Idea about Wales and Scotland. Better you call them and ask about it.

Thanks,

My payment has been detected yesterday. It means it'll take more three to four weeks to send the hearing date.

JazakAllah

Hi all
After appeal allowed, how much time the visa issuance takes and what would be the status during that period? Is it the PSW or Entrepreneur between the time appeal allowed and visa/passport receive.

@Business Genius....keep in mind approximate 6 months after receiving determination. And your status will be PSW till your Ent visa issued.

Its a very long wait man.

Yes that's true, why not you just wait and not to panic about it. Have some patience. Now a days they are too busy and giving dates for next 5 to 6 months. And In case you applying from London, you will get it in 3 to 4 months.

Calling tribunal does not make any difference, better wait for their response.
