Sick leave and Work from Home country absences

Hi ,
I am due for ILR next month.
Reg. absences I had an query which wanted to clarify..

- Does sick leave while abroad count as valid paid leave (non-annual leave)?
- I had availed work from home country for a week in emergency along
with paid annual leave. Since these are not annual leave ,how these should be accounted?
