hell all ,

I am applying for Tier1 visa extension next Month . For address proof I am giving Rent agreement and Council tax bill .

For rent Agreement : My agreement has expired on 1st July 2013 but I am staying in same property , I think it will not be a problem but still wanted any suggestions .

Hi,

A Tier 1 General extension does not require you to provide a rental agreement or council tax to prove your address.

Stick to providing mandatory documents required in the guidelines i.e bank statements which will already contain your address as well as any other mandatory documents required to make your application successful.

Avoid including irrelevant information with your application.
