Post by lad2777 » Fri Jul 19, 2013 3:59 pm

AS AN EU MEMBER i had to pass only life in the uk test, so now in the application form 1.22 do I need to tick both positions as you see below or only the second one, but if I passed life in the uk test, i had to have requirement knowledge of English to pass it, so I think I should tick both positions?

1.22 Show how you intend to satisfy the requirements to have sufficient knowledge of language and life in the UK, see
page 10-15 in the accompanying Booklet AN.

✔ I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement

What if we have got the settlement through LIUK test but didn't tick

"I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement"

and only provided LIUK test number.

Will they refuse?

I highlighted the relevant one. Your PR did not require the LIUK test, that option relates to ilr settlement.
