Maintenance box on CoS

Post by ShrutiBlue » Mon Jul 22, 2013 2:46 pm

I know this question has probably been asked hundreds of times, but I still wanted to confirm this for my peace and quiet.

If my employer ticks the maintenance box while applying for the CoS, do I still need to provide bank statements showing the £900 for 3 months? I wanted to ask because if I don't have to do it, I can apply for the visa as soon as my company gets its sponsorship license (my boss applied for it last week). Otherwise I would have to wait for the 3 months to be over.

Thank you!

Thanks for your reply!

Would my employer need to show anything else if they tick that box? Or would my payslips do the job?

Their word is good enough. If they're an A-rated sponsor they're allowed to vouch for your maintenance.
