Adult Dependent Visa

Post by afclegend81 » Wed Jul 24, 2013 2:49 pm

Hi all,

Just after a bit of advice on this, currently myself (British Citizen) and my Wife (hold duel citizenship Brazilian and British) live in the UK. Currently her daughter live with her grandparents in Brazil she is now 18 and wants to come live with us, we couldn't apply before as we wanted her to finish school in Brazil and also we didn't have the stability to have her here.
This has changed now we have the financial stability and currently her grandparents are really struggling there in Brazil for money and cant really look after her anymore. I am not sure if she can come over here on an Adult dependency visa or would Student Visa be her best bet she come and study here and hopefully after she is finished her course she can get a job here. We would prefer the Settlement visa route if its possible.

Has anyone here got a similar experience or can anyone offer some advice.

Thanks.

Can you go and work in Europe for a few months?
