Will there be an issue if I book a PEO 30 to 35 days before my leave expires? I need to get it done ASAP as I have to travel with work and they are being a little funny about keeping me on knowing that my leave will expire (it is a high profile agency and they are worried about employing someone without the proper documentation).

You can apply from 28 days before you qualify for settlement.
