Please help-Decision Overturned. I am a newbie

Post by June28 » Fri Jul 26, 2013 8:33 pm

Hi All,

I am a newbie here.

My refusal has been overturned by Home Office but they have not let me know yet and instead told my MP about this and I received a letter from the Tribunal saying the case has been withdrawn. They have also requested for my passport, which I have already sent.

In their last email to me they said:
Allow us to process further of her appeal within two weeks
My Question is:
1.) can they still change their mind after withdrawing the appeal and letting the MP know that is has been overturned because they have not told me?

2.) Also, how long does it take for them to send the passport if the visa has been granted?

Thank you all

They have withdrawn the appeal, wait and see what the new decision is first.

Hi,

Thank you! When you say new decision do you mean that they are more likely to change their mind? Can they do that? Can they review their own decision again?

How long does it take for the passport to get back to me if the visa has been granted?

Thank you
