10 years Legal stay can I apply for ILR?

Post by cyberangels2003 » Fri Jul 26, 2013 4:40 pm

i need some information about applying for ILR; kindly assist me if i can qualify for ILR.
i was granted student visa on March 2005 when i was in Republic of Ireland and then i came to UK as a student in March 2005;
then i continued as a student in UK the following years 2006, 2007,2008.
the applied for PSW visa and granted PSW from 2009 to 2010.
then switched to student visa until 2011
after i got married in september 2011 i applied for spouse visa and granted spouse visa;
spouse/partner visa valid until Jan 2014
now if i apply for student visa again in January 2014 and if granted a student visa till March 2015 will i be illegible to apply for ILR;
because since March 2005 till March 2015, i will be legally living in UK for 10 years.
kindly assist me regarding ILR
thanking you
regards
shahid
