boom boom permission application for High Tribunal

Hi eveyone,
I applied last August 12 my visa got rejected & appeal dismissed I made paper appeal. I forgot the dates now becaise they are so many. Now seeking permission and submitted application so we can go in high tribunal they send confirmation on 26 June 13 that we have received your application for seeking permission of appeal in high tribunal.. So its more the a month now they didn't reply so what are the chances they will allow me to go high tribunal & if they allow what is the time line of getting a hearing date in high tribunal ? Expert opinion is much appreciated.
