Application Time & Qualification ?

Post by janinah » Fri Jul 26, 2013 7:30 pm

Hi, my PSW visa will be expired by end of January 2014. I am working full time in the accounts team of a company from last year. Now, the company wanna sponsor me.

My question, Company will issue the COS by next week say 1 Aug'13 work start date 7 October'13 for 3 years contract. And, I will apply for by premium service by end of August'13.

Is these above dates are ok ?

2ndly, I found couple of job title from the SOC list which suitable for me as their describe job duties suits me. Like, Financial Manager, Accounts Manager, Company Accountant. I part 2 qualified ACCA & BSC (Hons) in Applied Accounting from University (not Oxford brooks). As, I haven't found any qualification requirements from the SOC list, I am confused which SOC code perfect me. Salary is not factor here because, my current salary above all minimum requirements.

Please anyone help me out .......

Thanks

the dates are OK

The sponsor (not you) has to choose the SOC code that best fits the job. This is because they are responsioble for the choice to the HO. Read para 66 of the T2 sponsor guidance.
