Working in belgium

i am from India and my gf is italian, she is currently living in belgium. I am planning to work in belgium from next year.
I would like to know what how can i get a work permit, is there any scheme where i can get a work permit with which i can go there and look for work, on the lines of skilled migrants program for UK?

Have you lived together at all? That way u could get in as an EEA Family Member.

Otherwise, it's the usual, apply for jobs with will sponsor a work permit. As for Belgian HSMP - no idea!

Have you lived together at all? That way u could get in as an EEA Family Member.

Otherwise, it's the usual, apply for jobs with will sponsor a work permit. As for Belgian HSMP - no idea! 

yes we were living together for the whole of last year. will that help?
