Dear your solicitor should have told you under two jobs u have to send 12 payslips for each job.

But u r lucky case isnt rejected cz of court order. And hope is requirement will go down to 13k till then cases will be pending unless withdrawn.

Best of luck..
Salaam.

Brother, I checked again and it was 6 months for my full time job and 12 months for my second job. Apparently it's NOT 12 months for each job, but only for any other period of salaried employment.

As per their criteria we provided 6 months of payslips prior to the application date (though we did not provide a payslip for the month in which the applications were submitted). The contract, personal and letter of probation all clearly confirm I earn well over £20k with benefits and bonus. The second job was a bonus to show I do earn more. Plus we also provided evidence of certain savings we hold.

I'm totally baffled to how they were going to decline me on the premise I don't meet the financial requirements despite the pause.

The disheartening thing is it could take a few months for this appeal to done and dusted.

You can withdraw application. They will return your application as it is without refund.

Then with all new updated documents make new application.

or this hold can take some time. As ukba appealed with court.

And if they convince judge at 18.6k then its certain they will refuse thinking you dont meet requirement.

If u met threshold you should not have involved 2nd job.

ECOs can be stupid .

Under category B ( 2 jobs ) they will be looking for 12 months payslip for each job • does not matter if u met threshold with job 1 •
I know it doesnt make sense but these ecos play by the rules.

only under category A ( 1 job )
6 months payslip are accepted. They then take the lowest gross wage in 6 months n multiply it by 12.....

If ur lowest wage per month is 1550 gross in those 6 months

1550*12=18600

hey guys I sent this following email just now... feel free to use it and forward it!!!

Hi ,

I was hoping to know about my husbands application for settlement I made on 15/05/2013 at Islamabad Gerrys for UK Settlement Visa, which is now over the 60 days limit that your staff tell every applicant aswell as the information provided in simple English on the UKBA website.

The application number is ISL/******/******/*

I believe on the UKBA website it states the following:

"If our visa processing service is experiencing delays, we will publish a news story on this website to explain what is happening. You can find recent news stories on the right side of this page.

If we have taken more than 3 weeks (for non-settlement visas) or 3 months (for settlement visas) to process your application, and we have not published a news story to explain the delay, you can email the Gerry's, who will forward your email to us for reply".

There is no story published online for any delays, and I am growing concerned. You must appreciate the effort and hard work we go through collating our evidence and putting forward our case aswell as the great fee that goes with it. The immense stress that not only me but all applicants go through is very tough. Please do understand our situation also.

One of your first paragraphs on your website starts and goes on about 'SERVICE STANDARDS'. Exactly what standards are they? Again and again we are giving false hopes and promises. As a goodwill gesture at least have some courtesy and keep us well informed rather than brushing us off.

I feel you take advantage of us people but I can assure you that now people like myself are getting very restless and annoyed because you are inflicting our basic human rights and maybe in the near future somebody will come forward and protest.

My husband was told within 12 weeks and still not heard nothing. If you are stating such things then I believe you have a duty to us and you must adhere to what you guide us.

I have also come to know that once documents come back to Gerrys, its taking a few days for applicants to receive texts for their RFC.

Could you please enlighten me on whats going on and what the delay is and where the problem lies?

20 working days = 4 weeks - uve waited 12 already - its not fair for them to expect u to wait another 4 - but then again the whole system isnt fair - dont understand why it takes them forever - i remember reading that it takes about an hour tops for an ECO to look over someones application - so whats the delay? surely they have enough staff to be going over several of these a day?

Arsum1516... Go ahead as I will follow you from next monday. My 60 days up on coming friday and if I dont get any positive response, then BHC will be getting emails fromme everyday. As it takes them 20 working days to response then I suggest send it straight away and start sending everyday.
They bloody taking a micky..

A very bad news :x

After 72 working days when we involved the MP in our case and when he contacted the BHC for enquiring about my application, he came to know that my application is still in queue :(

And after that now BHC has informed to MP that they has assigned a ECO to work on my application after 74 working days :( :(

I think I will get RFC in the end of September or may be in october :( :(

:( :( :( :( oh my GOD

I think I will be mad
