Applied for Spouse visa at VFS - No reply?

Hi every one,

I applied for a spouse visa on the 7th of May at the VFS center in Mumbai. However, till now I haven't heard anything form the BHC regarding my application. I was under the impression that I will hear back within 2-3 days as this is what the staff at VFS told me. Should I be worried that it is taking this long?
