FLR (M) visa maintenance requirements

Hi seniors,
Could you please advice me as i got ILR on long residency and want to apply spouse visa in person ( i already got appointment in croydon office) , my spouse came here in March 2006 as a student dependent and now she got PSW dependent status,
Q is , Do i need to show 18600 income threshold ? if No then how much do i need to show "Maintenance " like how much money in my account for how long like 28 days or ... ?

She'll be under the old rules as was a PBS dep presumably before July 2012. Once she has been granted flr(m) she should be able to settle on set(m) by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d). However, she may be able to go direct to set(m) so I would prepare both forms ready and ask the caseworker if she can go straight to set(m).

There is no financial requirement per se, rather that you are able to adequately maintain and accommodate yourselves. For a couple with no children, that would be £112.55 Net income per week after deducting rent/mortgage.

2 Years Cohabitation Certificates ?

You need to supply two years proof of cohabitation in the form of letters.

For roughly every 4 months there should be one letter addressed jointly or one letter addressed each from a total of at least 3 different sources.

I need your kind suggestions please as i booked FLR(M) in croydon office and i am taking these documents with me
1- 2 years cohabitation letters
2- Marriage certificate (just in case) as my dependent came in March 2006 and we are living together up till now
3- Employment letters with 6 month payslip and 6 months bank statement
4- Tenancy agreement
5- completed Set(m) form after approving FLR(m) (i am positive with your advice with set(m)

What else, do u suggest please

Only need last 3 months payslips and corresponding bank statements, obviously passports for both, your BRP, her BRP, Her LIUk certificate or equivalent. Otherwise looks good. Remember to mention rule 287(a)(I)(d).
