another refusal , feb 2012 , 3rd partyarty bank statement

Hello All !!
well another refusal after waiting 5 1/2 months
Applied as a team member 25k each in the UK bank
applied 22 Feb
bio 01 march
refused on 30 July letter received on 08 august 2012
reason for refusal letter not provided by the financial institution under paragraph 41 SD(a)(i)
as any bank in the UK not provided some one else name on the account to prove that.
as a declaration plus a letter form a lawyer is added as it mention on the ukba letter as well
i will appeal inshallah next week as i have 10 days for it
any suggestion or remarks will be appreciated

Hi sorry to hear that, if you appeal you will win very easy so don't worry as I have seen people winning appeal on such refusal reasons. Good luck

Some bank never provide the statement as UKBA required but HSBC can satisfy this query. In our case, we have 3 bank statements and other two have not give full content we required but HSBC do. Majority our money is in HSBC (more than required) and statement with full detailed ukba need... Thus we got approval without any problem and I think other two banks statements just for reference.
If anyone to apply or re-apply next 3 months, try to check with HSBC first and transfer money to HSBC account may be a safe option.
