Husband got British Citizenship - Wife ILR Dep still valid?

Post by kishorekv » Fri Aug 09, 2013 10:10 am

My wife entered in UK as ILR dependent visa in Sept 2012. That visa is valid till Sept 2014. I have recently applied for Naturalisation and got British citizenship in August 2013. Now she is planning to travel to India for maternity and would like to return to UK in May 2014. Does her Visa (visa states o : Spouse/CP of MY NAME) is still valid? Or Do i need to apply for New visa?

It is still valid as it is a Spouse of British or Settled person visa, so need to change anything.
