Need senior advice very urgent pls help

Post by clear » Mon Aug 05, 2013 10:53 am

Hi I applied for entrepreneur visa in april 2012 under 50000 route and also private life and parent of children as per solicitor advice since my business was under NVQ level 4. it was refused by ukba in jan.appealed to FTT, at the time judge said can't run two case at one time need to abandon one so solicitor abandon entrepreneur and stick to privatelife and the case was dismissed due to my son was only 5.6 years in uk. applied to UTT they refused to give permission and it says

" it is unnecessary to hold an oral hearing of the application for permission to appeal because I consider that it can properly be dealt with on the papers.
permission to appeal is refused".

There is no further right of appeal in these circumstances.

do i able to make flr o application to request for 6months because of the stock are still with me and ask some time to sell them. I do not have anymoney with me. so far spent about £15000 towards ho feesand solicitor. i am facing hardship with my 2 kids financially and mentally. now my son is being in uk for 6years. pls senior show some light in my situation.

with thanks

How long until your child has been here 7 years?

Do you have a partner, if so, what is their immigration status?

Your solicitor should be advising you, see if it's possible to put in an application to bridge you over until the child has been here for 7 years.

Hi amber
thanks for the reply...
28 days start from the date we received the letter or the date they decided the case in upper tribunal for overstay rule.
