No I haven't received anything... I called today to check and they gave the old responds like before, "its incomplete, you just have to wait". I do not understand why do they give different answers each which make me feel so confused and frustrated..

Thats not good news.
Could you please share why was it refused?
Do you still have leave to remain.
Have they given you opportunity to appeal.

Application Type ILR: SET (o) 10 years (used a lawyer)
Date application posted: 19-12-2012
Date application received at UKBA: 21-12-2012
Biometric letter received: 17-01-2013
Date of biometrics enrollment: 18-01-2013
Refusal letter date: 02-Aug-2013
Date of return of passport and other docs: 12-Aug-2013
Reasons for refusal:
1. Broken leave because spent in total more than 18 months (540 days) absent from the UK.
2. Left UK at one point after my leave was expired and came back after more than 28 days. Therefore the continuous residence was broken at that point and any residence prior to that point cannot count towards continuous residence.
For the record, neither of those points were a surprise to me, I have applied at the discretion of the officer and hoped that submitted evidence was enough for the UKBA to accept that there are factors of compelling and compassionate nature .
My letter doesn't state if I have the right to appeal or not. not sure if can appeal whilst being on a valid visa.
Not sure if this helped to speed the process, but I did fax a letter and flight tickets to UKBA on 31st of July stating that I have booked a holiday for the end of Aug.
Good luck to everybody else!

That's wonderful news Set0 and Wheresmyilr.
I have also applied on 21st Dec 2012 as Tier1 (2+3) holder. Hopefully, my application is also being processed and will arrive shortly.
Can anyone else confirm they have received their ILR?

Just finished calling home office now. How it happened
.......
Why r u calling, answer: for ilr enquiry.
When did u call last time: 1 week ago.
When did ur leave expire: January this year
Ur ref: nationality: which category u applied:
Date of birth: did u receive any enquiry letter from
Home office. I said no. Etc
Then after that the guy told me ur application
Is "" not complete".
I asked what does it mean, it has been given
To a visa officer or not. He replied, I can't say
Anything bcz it's the only info coming on the system.
