We did send our business plan but not the proper one which does not have full detail about company and so on but we send them business plan which is only 3 pages consist of only balance chart and profit and loss figure . We did attached our CV as-well and finally business nature was business consultancy service .

I am yet to start the process for tier 1 from Psw. I am gathering the information

I am planning to register a company in August , and i am planning to apply for vias in January..

There is a gap of more than 4 months from registering a company and the application for visa.

I am bit confused with it as the In UKBA website they have mentioned, the business registration and the visa application must be no more than 3 months.

as stated in UKBA website

were registered with HM revenue and Customs as self-employed, or a registered director of a new or existing business no more than 3 months before your application

what is confusing me here is, i have seen people in this form stating that they have registered the business a year ego and applied for visa now. so there is a gap of 1 year in between.


Could you please explain me this.

Dont worry about the 3 months registration.

I applied for my visa when my company was registered over 6 months back. I submitted the latest current appointments report and I got my visa.

All you need is, to prove to UKBA that you are still a director of the company within the 3 months from the date of your application. If you submit the latest CAR, you should be fine.

You can show the 50K anywhere in the world.

However if show the funds in UK then it puts a positive impact on your application.

But it depends on case to case

Be careful about the contract, Lately HO are going after contracts, looking at websites and so on. Use contracts which will pass through intense scrutiny.
