ILR SET 0- Question regarding proof of address

I have my appointment at Croydon on the 2nd of Sept 2013. I have one question regarding the proof of residence. Section 5 states home and finances.
Now, my partner (not my husband yet ) is British and owns the house we live in. I dont pay anything towards the bills or the mortgage (he pays for everything)
Do I still show his earnings under section 5 along with mine?

Ok so I guess no one knew the answer to my question! Since my ILR was granted yesterday I suppose I should share what I did in response to my own query.
My case was quite straight forward so all I did was get my boy friend to write a letter stating that I have been cohabiting with him for x years and he bears the cost of the mortgage etc. I did carry his mortgage papers and his bank statements but was never asked to provide them.

I also have an appointment (SET O - ILR) at the Croydon office on 9th Sept and have a query about address. I will appreciate if anyone can confirm/correct my understanding as given below:

1) I am on Indian payroll and while in UK my housing is sponsored by my employer. So i am opting to select 'Other' option under ques 5.1.

2) For 5.3 i plan to show average of per diem & indian salary as monthly income

3) Under 5.6 i plan to explain the above.

4) I was staying in a hotel until 30th Aug when i completed my last project. I am now in between projects and since i have to be in UK for my appointment on Monday i am staying at a friend.

Under section 12 (page 55) we need to declare our address which should be verifiable from a bank / utility company. Since my bank statements are registered with my friends address is it ok to give her address, even though this is temporary.

Has anyone experienced this situation before and what was the outcome?

I wouldnt worry too much about it as long as you have atleast your bank statements with your friends address on it. Also, from experience I have now learnt that if you follow guidelines on the form you dont really need advice from people like me!
If your case is straight forward and there are no descrepancies you WILL get your ILR!
