Tax free income applying for HSMP?

Hello there,

I graduated in UK in 2005 and have been working for two years (under TWES).

I have been told from my company that I am not paying any tax.....

So how should I claim my salary for HSMP? (Bank statement and letter from my company?)

Anybody come cross this situation before, very eager for your help!!

I don't know the answer, but you'll probably need some proof that what you are doing is legal.

Surely, it is definitely legal.

The monthly payment is from government and I am on my work permit (TWES) in this company.

I have been told it's tax free income....so not quite understanding this situation.

The question is, can you switch from TWES to any other category from within the UK??

And doesn't the applicant has to wait for 12-24 months before applying for a visa in any other category like WP, HSMP?

The question is how to claim salary and there is a bump in the road because no taxes are taken out and to understand this I'd like to know if its related to the work she does.
