ILR Success in Croydon PEO - Limited Company

Post by nikhil08 » Tue Aug 13, 2013 9:31 pm

Dear all,

Thank you everyone who shared their experience and valuable information in this forum that helped/ is helping a lot including me for my ILR application preparation.

It's my turn now to share my successful ILR experience.

Tier-1 general start date: 1st September 2008
Entered UK on: 14th September 2008
Tier-1 extended and valid until : 1st September 2013.
Applied ILR in Croydon PEO on 12th August 2013.

It was a very efficient and fast track service in Croydon PEO. We entered the building @ 8.45am for our 9.20 am appointment and by 10 am the biometrics have been done. The application consideration process only took 45 minutes for me and by 11 am we are out of the office with successful news.

My absence from UK was 66 days and I prepared a personal absence letter but I haven't submitted it. Nothing ticked on section 6.3. No questions asked about the absence.

Docs submitted - Limited company structure (Period Nov 2012 - July 2013)
1.Previous earnings cover letter - to state that I am getting salary as Director and Dividends with 100% share
2. Payslips
3. Personal Bank statements
4. Accountant letter
5. ICAEW website print out proof for accountant membership
6. Dividend vouchers
7. Business bank statements
8. Company incorporation certificate
9. Latest personal tax return file copy

Cohab docs
1. Tenancy agreement for 2 years (joint names)
2. NHS letter stating registration since 2011.(joint names)
3. UKBA Tier-1 extension letter(Separate letters)
4. Council tax bill (last 5 months with joint names)
5. Wife's provisional driving licence applied in march 2013.
and finally Marriage certificate and child birth certificate.

Thank you once again friends and hope my experience might help others
who r in the same situation like me.

Kind regards,

Nikhil08

hi nikhil08,

Firsty, congratulations for your ILR. Quick question - was your child born in the UK? If yes, From what I understand from below we don't need need to apply for child's ILR..
