OCI Collection - In person vs Postal

My OCI is ready for collection. Can you please advise how many days it takes if I request it by post?

If any one has collected in person what time did you guys queue up ?

I think there are two steps involved - first submit the british pp and collect in the evening.

When is the latest time we can go to submit the british passport ?
