Third party query in terms of PSW to T1 E visa

Hi all,

Hope you'll are doing great.

I have a small doubt which I need help to deal with.

I am currently preparing my documentation for applying T1 E from T1 PSW.

I have access to around £35000 and my wife who is also in UK has around £30000. All these funds are in UK, Barclays, Halifax and HSBC accounts.

I understand it would be good to open a new account and put the required £50,000 in a single account to avoid more paperwork.

However due to a personal situation the above is not possible as we can not move the funds. In that case my questions are

1. PSW to T1E, third party is possible? I know it is, just looking for attestation.

2. My wife, who will be included in the Tier1 application as dependent, can she be the third party?

3. In case if she can be, we need to go to a lawyer and she should give a
declaration letter, her signing in front of the lawyer and me signing in front of the lawyer. Will this be alright or something else is needed for this work? Am I missing the format of third party letter and what should be in there somewhere already given?
