My friend apply 4 entrepreneur visa last year and got refusal "reason his name was not on marketing material". He appealed against it and last month HO withdraw his appeal. Just want to know he get the visa straight away if yes then any one know how long it take to get visa or is there any possibility HO can ask any other documents ?

can u plz let us know when his application was refused n when did he appealed ??? n after lodging appeal did he get any hearing date???
n how does he know that HO withdraw appeal????

He will get the BRP in about 4 weeks. Congrats he made it. After the appeal ukba cannot refuse his application on any other grounds.

Not true. UKBA can now refuse on any other grounds other than the original reasons of refusal. And also BRP in 4 weeks is again not true. It will take few-to-many months if everything goes well.

Is there same procedure by HO afterwards in following situations?
Appeal Allowed by Court
and
Case Withdrawn by HO
What does this paragraph says?
"in line with paragraph 245DD(I) of the immigration rules, we have not carried out an assessment as detailed in paragraph 245DD(h) of the immigration rules as your application has been refused. we reserve the right to carry out this assessment in any challenge of this decision of the future application for tier 1 (entrepreneur)."

Hi Fasal,
Thx for your reply, can u plz confirm one more thing from ur friend that when did he sent his Bundle to HO & Upper Tribunal. Bundle is sort of documents which both parties i.e HO & Applicant share with each other & court before going on hearing date. So pls its very important thing for me to know as i am following my Solictor about it.
