Switching from Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 4 student

I am dependent of tier 2 skill worker, I would like to study, Can i switch my category from tier 2 dependent to tier 4 student within country?

You can still study if your current leave is long enough to cover the duration of the intended course. Unless there are some other reasons to switching into Tier 4 route.
