Directorship in an existing company - Urgent Help required

Hi Guys,

Can you kindly help me with the below questions.

My friend case:

She is currently in PSW and would like to apply Tier 1 (Ent). She is approaching her friend who is already running a successful business to include her in to the business as a share holder and Director.

Can she maintain 25K in her personal account and apply for visa if she invest the rest of 25 K in to the business.

Can someone confirm if this can be possible. If yes can you kindly let us know the list of documents required to process our application. Any prompt response will help as we are running short of time.

She should show the business accounts where her capital investment of £25k should be shown under her name. She can also show shares certificate if the investment is in the form of shares.

Thanks a lot for your valuable reply. So she does not have to have 50K in her account. This can be split across to 25K in Business account and 25K in her personal account right?

Yes as far as she can produce company management accounts or shares certificate for the amount of £25k she can keep money in business account and the rest in her personal account.
Yes 25% shareholding is also fine as UKBA is not concerned with how much you own a company, they are concerned about how much you are investing.
