Summer2013, I am sorry to hear this. It's very disappointing news. it doesn't end here you have to raise the 'ante' dear friend.

@Khaldoon, I feel for you but it all depends on the case nature as well. Mine was extension. The story once again is below
Came here in 2006 as a student, applied for certificate of aproval and then got married in 2008 and FLR(M) spouse visa was granted in 2008. First kid born in 2009. Applied for ILR in 2010 but was refused because of criminal conviction back in 2009 and was given DLR. Got 2 businesses, wife works as well, second baby due in January 2013. Applied to extend my DLR leave which was then granted.

It's frustrating when people after you get granted and you are waiting in the limbo but just keep trusting God as they say "No News Is Good News" and "when God is Silent does not mean he ain't working" we will celebrate together very soon. Be patient and keep the faith we are a day closer to victory!

Oh babe, can only imagine the feeling.... Dont despair, at least not until you see refusal letter. All these barristers blogs are talking about nonsense private/family life decisions lately and occasionally writing reconsideration letter does the trick!!
Stay strong soulja girl! We are all praying for you!!! x

@Summer2013 I completely understand what you are going through, it's very frustrating , you must have qualified under 7 yrs rule , as one of your child is above 7 yrs?
I cant Imagine what I will have to go through,I don't have British partner or kids, purely private life/ family life in UK, waiting for decision since Sep 2012

:( Summer2013, WHY? so sorry

Was your first child born here too?

As the others have said, speak to your counsel and put in a reconsideration letter.

It shall all end well for everyone, sending you {{{hugs}}}

guys everyone thank you for your support
this thread is exactly what we need, support and advice in this difficult situation.

I dont know what to do without you people.

Now i haven't received the refusal letter yet just a text from my solicitor saying that HO has used both EX1 and 276ADE but they have still refused with no right of appeal. According to him thats wrong because my oldest child has been here for 10 years (not born here) and the only way is to challenge this poor decession, this are solicitors words.
The decession letter is on the post for me.

so he is sugesting JR but it may be in his interest, he did not mentioned reconsideration. Also can take a very long time, some people have been waitting for reconsideration for up to 2 years.

I will share the reason for refusal tomorrow with you

Summer2013, refuse the HO putting you and your family down emotionally! You have to keep fighting until you get the desired decision. In the interim enjoy your life as much as you can for nobody can remove you and your family! You have children born here and any attempt to remove them will be against their human rights!!!
Stay strong, they may delay it but cannot deny it!!!!!!
