Applying spouse visa and need some clarifications

Post by softmind82 » Fri Aug 30, 2013 2:13 am

Hi

My wife moved back to Pakistan to stay with my parents due to their health issue on November 2011 after staying 3 years in the UK and her leave expired as a hsmp dependent on october 2012.

I got 2 kids born in the UK and got their British passports and I'm currently on INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN.

I will be applying my wife visa from Lahore, Pakistan and attaching the following documents to support her application and have some confusion, please advice on that.

1. Spouse passport
2. My 6 month bank statement ( but my salary still comes into my wife's account !!! Would it be any problem ? )

3. TB test certificate
4. English language assessment from NARIC

5. 6 months play slip including one P60 (which clearly cross the £18,600 limit)
6. Letter of employment
7. Marriage certificate
8. Tenancy agreement ( can I use the WH. smith per certified tenancy agreement as I have used in the past without any problem)

Should I include the Kids British passport copy to show the strong reason to come back to UK as their school starting soon.

I would really appreciate if you can advice me on the above note number 2 and 8 please .

Many thanks

Has her visa expired or is expiring?

Thanks Vinny, the only reason I said is because he said leave expires rather than expired.

Yes. There is uncertainty of where the error is, the tense or the date?

See supporting documents (click)

The money entering your spouse's bank should be ok so far as it is a recognised financial institution, the credits match the wage slips and you explain that the money is paid into her account.
