Hi

I have been in the Uk since aug 2008. i have been working since mar 2010. i initially had a two year psw visa and now am on tier2 general visa. how long will it be till i qualify for an ILR.

Unfortunately, the two years under PSW does not count for settlement under Tier 2 (General).

ILR under Long residence may also be possible in Aug 2018.
