I will be applying for ILR on 14th Oct. Could some of you please look into the following details and let me know if I am missing out on anything
Details: I came to UK on work permit (Valid from Dec 2007). I switched to spouse visa using in-country application (my wife is british citizen) on 08/11/2011. We do not claim any type of benefit. I dont have any FPN etc on my name.
1) I will be using Set(m) form (Fee is already paid, I will follow the picture guidelines)
2) Going by the 28 day rule, I think 14th Oct is good. On 14th Oct 2011 I was in UK (not sure if this is required for ILR as well or is it only for passport).
3) I have 6 letters to prove that we live together. Letters will be spaced evenly across 2 years.
4) I assume that there is no minimum funds requirement.
5) I will be getting the Life in UK certificate.
6) I just saw that I need to include last 3 months salary slips and statements. (I have original statements but salary slips are e-copy only. is that acceptable)
I want to keep the documentation to minimum so will not be including
1) Any letter from my wife confirming that she supports my application (I saw that few people include this).
2) No specific english language test certificate (ESOL etc).
3) Marriage certificate. It was given to them during my spouse visa application and I think Set(m) doesnt require us to give it again.
Am i missing out on anything.
