What happens if the TB test expires during the application ? I have submitted my wife's spouse Visa about 45 days ago and today was the expiry date of TB test certificate, do we need to take another test ? or what will be the effect of test expiry on visa application ?

The ruling is that the TB certificate has to be valid at time eh visa is stamped ( although I know of some that had expired but visa was still stamped)
I think its a case of wait and see to see if they request a new and valid one of you
