Hello Friends,

My work permit issue on 24 Nov 2008. My visa stamped on my passport on 29 Jan 2009. I entry UK first day on 6 Apr 2009. I never change employer. When can I apply Indefinite Leave to remain ?

any day from 28 days before 5 years from visa stamp date

So It mean I can apply on 3 Jan 2014 ( My Visa valid until 29 Jan 2014 )

Normally, no sooner than 28 days prior to 5th anniversary of initial entry, if initial entry was beyond 90 days from date of entry clearance.

My friend is work permit holder. Visa stamp on 02/03/2009 - 01/03/2014 Entry the UK o 30 Apr 2009. Can she apply as 28 before 2/3/2009 ?

Her children have visa stamp 13/11/ 2009. I am not sure if my children can apply in the same time with me and when?

There shouldn't be any problems with children.
