peo solihull birmingham ILR set(m) decision delayd

Quick update. Called 0870.. They said i need to wait for atleast 1week, then my case will be updated on their systems.0870 gone to croydon. I could not find any direct no of Solihull peo. Any one know solihull peo number please share. I will be very greatfull to you.

Did you use 08706 06 77 66?
Calling Croydon is never useful in my experience.
May be someone else has number for Solihull and they can share it?

Hi, good news, just picked the docs from royal mail now. Was missed yesterday. Visa granted for wife. ILR. Tx for your help and support. Thx
My case detail

3.09.2013. Set o dependent for wife same day solihull. I was tier1 g. Now ilr
Hold due to lack of time.
4.09.13. Proceesed and send
5.09. Send and missed
6.09 recived and granted.

Excellent peo solihull. Good service. Staff were very very supportive. i mistakenly filled SET m form. They printed me SET O and told me to filled it again in the office. Cent percent recomended peo. Thx

hiya friends , hope every1 is good.

i have an update on my application. i called them today as well and explain the whole situation again .
lady was so nice over the phone and said she is gona find out for me that wats happning with my application .

she calld case worker and case worker said that they havnot forgot about my application and they are cheking on daily basis . if i have not heard anything till next wednesday 11/9/2013 then shes gona contact me and let me know any further hold for my application .
if not then i can call them agaian next thursday.

i was thinking that my application is straight forward but now im hoping against hope and i think there is somthing rong with my application thats why they kept it for that long .
one of my friend said that they are very bzy and have very less staff thats why .
is anyone can tell me that is there anychances of refusal or anything ?
im happily married with my asian british partner and have one son 16 months old MASHA ALLAH .
i hope i will receive replies .

Did you give your biometric sflove, payment deducted? While reading your intial post I M STILL conveinced that u made a mistake by not changing your appiontment date, and trust them only verbly. U should have taken something in writing. Anyways it gone now. Lets hope u get a possitive result

they took every thing . biometric and fee taken same day . i have not asked for any additional documents .

Hi All,

I made an appointment at PEO croydon 5 weeks ago and my application was held for further enquiries. It was a Set (M) application spouse of a British Citizen. My wife wrote to local MP about the delays and got a response from UKBA that my application was referred to Sheffield and recently they moved it to Liverpool office but they are doing additional checks on my application.

Just wanted to know if anyone has any idea about whats going on with my application. Any ideas/suggestions/experiences please

i have received my all documents back today with approval letter of my ILR . i will receive my BRP within 7 working days .
thank you very much for ur help and support.

can ask them to refund me my extra money back . because i went for same day decision and they took almost 4 weeks without any reason .
