Do I still need a current employer letter in my case?

Post by llnnttss » Thu Sep 05, 2013 10:37 am

Hello, I hope someone can clear my thought.

I am going the T1(G) route to ILR and will made the application soon.

I changed my job about 3-month ago and in my new job I never took any holiday and stay in the UK all the time.

I've got a letter from my previous employer detailing my UK absences - they are all annual paid leaves.

I've got all the payslips and bank statements as income evidences.

My question here is do I still need a letter from my current employer? and why?

So long as your absences are <180 days per 12 month period you should not be asked for evidence.
