Loan repayments and bank statement

Post by saratbabu07 » Thu May 17, 2007 12:40 pm

Dear All,

Would appreciate if you could help me in clarifying the following queries;
1) Will EC be rejected if the bank statement that you submit for EC shows details of the loan repayments?
2) Apart from showing sufficient funds (GBP5000) in my account, should I provide any other documents for the assets that I own, like: Car, Motor bike, Property etc? If so, what documents should I provide?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Sarat Babu

Hi,
Your EC will definitely not be rejected if there are deductions for loan payments provided they are in a reasonable proportion. In the VAF1 application form there is a question " Do u own any property etc. U should give detailed explanation there. All property documents must be translated to english if they are in a regional language.
Immigration law is mystery and a mastery in obfuscation, and the lawyers who can figure that out are worth their weight in gold.
