Irish Naturalisation by Association

Can my son(A minor, non EEA citizen) qualify for Naturalisation by Association as soon as I Naturalise and become an Irish Citizen. We are both living in Ireland.

need more info.how long has the child been in ireland? what stamp do u have at present?
generally yes you can apply for child based on irish association but if hes non eu still needs to meet certain residency requirements.
has to have lived in ireland. school letters would be required.

If your son has been legally resident in Ireland for 3 years, then yes your son will qualify. Its that simple

we are both eu family member with stamp4eufam. I know about the 3yrs residence condition which he would meet at that time. Just want to know if he would qualify to apply as soon as I become irish by naturalisation or he would have to complete 5 yrs legal residence to be able to apply.

Your question has been answered but for some reasons you're just not listening. Let me repeat myself again. He will qualify to apply for naturalisation immediately after you get your naturalisation certificate if he has been residence in Ireland for 3 years or more.
