If your son has been legally resident in Ireland for 3 years, then yes your son will qualify. Its that simpledaddy wrote:Can my son(A minor, non EEA citizen) qualify for Naturalisation by Association as soon as I Naturalise and become an Irish Citizen. We are both living in Ireland.
Thanks.
we are both eu family member with stamp4eufam. I know about the 3yrs residence condition which he would meet at that time. Just want to know if he would qualify to apply as soon as I become irish by naturalisation or he would have to complete 5 yrs legal residence to be able to apply.courny wrote:need more info.how long has the child been in ireland? what stamp do u have at present?
generally yes you can apply for child based on irish association but if hes non eu still needs to meet certain residency requirements.
