Brit-fiance wrote:Hello I am an American seeking a fiance visa to the UK.
I am just wondering what people wrote / how you worded the statements
for:
1. Statement of Intent to Marry
2. Sponsor's Invitation for you to come over
3. Sponsor's Invitation for you to live with them (he owns his own place)
4. Sponsor's Financially supporting you
I know overall what needs to come out of these statements from your sponsor is the following found on the UKBA website:
"I am present and settled in the uk our relationship is subsisting , and we fully intend to live together permanently without recourse to any public funds ."
But I think they should be written separately for stuff. Any suggestions?People have been approved or other applicants?
brit-fiance wrote:Does a UK fiance visa application require shared financial responsibilty? My fiance and I do have a shared bank account and my name is on his council tax bill, but I don't really contribute financially to any of these things. And there is a question on the VAF4A regarding this, but i don't know if its for other applicants and not fiance visas.
thank you
