Passport seized

Sorry to hear that your passport was seized. Why was your passport seized? You must have been informed directly and through your legal representative or you should have a clue.

You and your dependant will lose your right to work until your visa is successful.

Good luck.

Post by Gomchi » Sat Sep 14, 2013 6:38 pm

Hi, all of you guys . Hope u all doin good, my passport was seized by ho and hmrc ,when I was ready to apply for my enterpreneur visa from my legal representative. Because they did not pay the tax. And I applied after my visa expiry . Is that my fault? Now, me and my dependent is unable to work for 7 months . I am just waiting for the decision to come. Any suggestion would be appreciated...I don't know how long it's gonna take again...
