The timeline is as follows:
28/08/2012 - EEA4 Application
21/12/2012 - 1st Refusal
04/02/2013 - 2nd Refusal (following request for reconsideration
20/06/2013 - Appeal (withdrawn by HOPO on the day)
28/06/2013 - Judicial Review warning letter sent by our solicitor
21/07/2013 - Letter from UKBA acknowledging receipt of solicitor's letter and advising that new decision would be reached in 2-4 weeks.
28/08/2013 - 2nd letter from solicitor to UKBA
12/09/2013 - permanent residence document received
However, UKBA have lost my husband's passport. But after all that we've been through in the past 13 months, this seems like a trivial matter
