well any idea how the arguments are presented and how the judge acknowledged those arguments?

Yes it goes nice cause HO refusal was our name missing on advertisement material and we didn't sight both partner in a same contract paper.
Our barrister was nicely cover those point to his skeleton argument.
HO representative did not ask any question.

Did u win it or not?
Any advise for hearing
How did your barrister argued on these two issues??
I am going my self no barrister appointed.

Annawilli,

If you have the money to pay, I will advice you not to waste the opportunity and a barrister to defend you but if you don't have the money, then you don't have a choice then to do it yourself. I wish you goodluck in whatever you decide.
