sujjestions needed for tier1 entrepreneur visa

Hello all,
I have decided to apply for entrepreneur visa and I have got only one month time to apply for it. I am worried whether the time is sufficient or not for all preparations. Please do suggest me.. by the way i am applying from psw route and business is IT consultancy.. I still need to register the company and all..Is it too late to decide of applying

well It looks weird for some people but i am really in confused state..any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Just curious to ask you .. Are you aware that you cannot work on any job other than for your IT consultancy company ?

I think that what Kickass is trying to say is that you cannot work for any other company as an employee, but you can work as a contractor for any company as you wont be their direct employee.
